Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 248A.206
Criminal Penalty


(a)

A person commits an offense if the person knowingly establishes or operates a center without the appropriate license issued under this chapter.

(b)

An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.

(c)

Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
