Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 248A.152
Restrictions on Hours, Services, and Patient Capacity


(a)

A center may not provide services to a minor for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period.

(b)

A center may not provide services other than services regulated under this chapter and department rule.

(c)

The maximum patient capacity at a center may not exceed 60.
