Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 248.053
Injunction


(a)

The department may request that the attorney general petition a district court to restrain a license holder or other person from continuing to violate this chapter or any rule adopted by the executive commissioner under this chapter. Venue for a suit for injunctive relief is in Travis County.

(b)

On application for injunctive relief and a finding that a license holder or other person has violated this chapter or department rules, the district court shall grant the injunctive relief that the facts warrant.
