Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 248.024
Fees


(a)

The executive commissioner by rule shall establish a license application fee and a license renewal fee in amounts as prescribed by Section 12.0111 (Licensing Fees).

(b)

The executive commissioner by rule may establish other reasonable and necessary fees in amounts that are adequate, with the license application and license renewal fees, to collect sufficient revenue to meet the expenses necessary to administer this chapter. The fees may include construction plan review and inspection fees.

(c)

All fees collected under this chapter are nonrefundable.

(d)

All fees received by the department shall be deposited to the credit of the General Revenue Fund.
