Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 141.012
License Revocation


(a)

If the department finds that a violation of this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter has occurred or is occurring at a youth camp for which a license has been issued, the department shall give written notice to the licensee setting forth the nature of the violation and demanding that the violation cease.

(b)

The department may initiate proceedings to revoke the license if the licensee refuses or fails to comply with the notice in the time and manner directed in the notice.
