Examination of Records; Inspections; Rules

(a)

Section 342.552 (Examination of Lenders; Access to Records) applies to a transaction:

(1)

that is made by a person who holds a license under Chapter 342 (Consumer Loans);

(2)

that is subject to Chapter 342 (Consumer Loans) or 346 (Revolving Credit Accounts); and

(3)

the rate of which is authorized by this chapter.

(b)

Subchapter L (Adoption of Rules), Chapter 342 (Consumer Loans), applies to a loan:

(1)

that is subject to Chapter 342 (Consumer Loans); and

(2)

the rate of which is authorized by this chapter.
