Sec. § 8.106
Maximum Amount Withheld From Earnings

An order or writ of withholding must direct that an obligors employer withhold from the obligors disposable earnings the lesser of:


the amount specified in the order or writ; or


an amount that, when added to the amount of income being withheld by the employer for child support, is equal to 50 percent of the obligors disposable earnings.
