Tex. Est. Code Section 455.012
Deposit of Funds in Court Registry

The public probate administrator shall deposit all funds coming into the custody of the administrator in the court registry, except as provided by Section 455.003 (Funding of Public Probate Administrator’s Office). Funds deposited must be disbursed at the direction of the public probate administrator and according to an order issued by the statutory probate court judge who appointed the administrator.
