Funding of Public Probate Administrator’s Office

A public probate administrator is entitled to commissions under Subchapter A, Chapter 352 (Compensation and Expenses of Personal Representatives and Others), to be paid into the county treasury. The public probate administrator’s office, including salaries, is funded, in part, by the commissions.
