Tex. Est. Code Section 202.056
Waiver of Service of Citation


(a)

A distributee who is 16 years of age or older may waive citation required by this subchapter to be served on the distributee.

(b)

A parent, managing conservator, guardian, attorney ad litem, or guardian ad litem of a distributee who is younger than 16 years of age may waive citation required by this subchapter to be served on the distributee.
