Alternate Self-proving of Declaration

At any time during the declarant’s lifetime, a declaration described by Section 1104.152 (Requirements for Declaration)(a)(1) may be made self-proved in the same form and manner that a will written wholly in the testator’s handwriting is made self-proved under Section 251.107 (Self-proved Holographic Will).
