Appointment of Guardian Ad Litem Relating to Certain Other Suits


In the interest of judicial economy, the court may appoint as guardian ad litem under Section 1104.354 (Conflict of Interest)(1) the person who has been appointed attorney ad litem under Section 1054.001 (Appointment of Attorney Ad Litem in Proceeding for Appointment of Guardian) or the person who is serving as an ad litem for the ward’s benefit in any other proceeding.
