Selection by School District


(a)

(c)

Notwithstanding Section 31.022 (Instructional Materials Review and Adoption), a school district or open-enrollment charter school may adopt state-developed open education resource instructional material at any time, regardless of the instructional material review and adoption cycle under that section.

(d)

A school district or open-enrollment charter school may not be charged for selection of state-developed open education resource instructional material in addition to instructional material adopted under Subchapter B.
