Tex. Educ. Code Section 162.001
Definitions

In this chapter:

(1)

“Compact” means the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children executed under Section 162.002 (Execution of Compact).

(2)

“Compact commissioner” means the individual appointed under Section 162.004 (Compact Commissioner).

(3)

“State Advisory Council” means the State Advisory Council on Educational Opportunity for Military Children established under Section 162.006 (State Advisory Council and Coordination).
