Arrest for Violation of Community Supervision

Notwithstanding any provision of Subchapter A, B, or C, a person may not expunge records and files relating to an arrest that occurs pursuant to a warrant issued under Article 42A.751 (Violation of Conditions of Community Supervision; Detention and Hearing)(b).
