Tex. Civ. Practice & Remedies Code Section 143A.008
Action by Attorney General


(a)

Any person may notify the attorney general of a violation or potential violation of this chapter by a social media platform.

(b)

The attorney general may bring an action to enjoin a violation or a potential violation of this chapter. If the injunction is granted, the attorney general may recover costs and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in bringing the action and reasonable investigative costs incurred in relation to the action.
