Tex. Agric. Code Section 164.088
Importation of Sheep Without Certificate or Permit


(a)

A person commits an offense if the person imports sheep into this state in violation of Subchapter D of this chapter.

(b)

An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor for each head of sheep imported in violation of Subchapter D of this chapter.

(c)

A person commits a separate offense for each county into which or through which the sheep are moved.

(d)

Venue for prosecution of an offense under this section is in any county into which or through which the sheep are moved.
