Periodic Review of Compliance Information

(a)

The commission shall analyze, on a statewide and regional basis, violations of this subtitle. The commission shall consider:

(1)

violation types and disposition;

(2)

persons who are repeat offenders; and

(3)

persons who commit the most serious offenses.

(b)

The commission shall use the analysis under Subsection (a) to compare enforcement practices across each region and determine:

(1)

training needs;

(2)

gaps in enforcement authority; and

(3)

effective enforcement activities.

(c)

The commission shall conduct the analysis under Subsection (a) on a periodic basis to ensure that the information reflects current enforcement practices.

(d)

The commission shall timely enter and share compliance and enforcement information on a statewide and regional basis.
