Labels

(a)

Existing labels on incoming containers of chemicals covered by this chapter may not be removed or defaced.

(b)

Agricultural laborers may not be required to work with a chemical covered by this chapter from an unlabeled container except for a portable container intended for the immediate use of the laborer who performs the transfer.
