Tex. Agric. Code Section 101.008
Term and Renewal of License


(a)

A license expires one year from the date of issuance.

(b)

A license may be renewed by completion of a renewal application form and the payment of the license fee provided for issuance of the original license.

(c)

To renew a license after the license has expired, the applicant must pay a late fee, as provided by Section 12.024 (Late Renewal of License or Registration) of this code.
