Tex. Water Code Section 66.015
Contents of Petition

The petition must include:

(1)

a description of the boundaries of the proposed district by metes and bounds or by lot and block number, if there is a recorded map or plat and survey of the area;

(2)

a statement of the general nature of the work proposed to be done by the district and the estimated cost of any work to be done by the district; and

(3)

the proposed name of the district.
