Tex. Water Code Section 29.018
Suspension; Refusal to Renew

The railroad commission may suspend or refuse to renew a permit for a period not to exceed one year if the permittee:

(1)

violates the provisions of this chapter;

(2)

violates reasonable rules promulgated under Section 29.031 (Rulemaking Power) of this code; or

(3)

does not maintain his operation at the standards that entitled him to a permit under Section 29.013 (Contents of Application) of this code.
