Implementation Costs; Increase in Rates and Universal Service Funds

The commission may not consider the cost of implementing this subchapter in determining whether an electing company is entitled to:

(1)

a rate increase under this chapter; or

(2)

increased universal service funds under Subchapter B (Universal Service Fund Established), Chapter 56 (Telecommunications Assistance and Universal Service Fund).
