Definitions

In this subchapter:

(1)

“Recreational vehicle” has the meaning assigned by Section 522.004 (Applicability)(b), Transportation Code.

(2)

“Supplying utility” means the electric utility from which a recreational vehicle park owner purchases electricity consumed at the recreational vehicle park.
