Tex. Utils. Code Section 105.022
Contempt


The railroad commission may file an action for contempt against a person who:

(1)

fails to comply with a lawful order of the commission;

(2)

fails to comply with a subpoena or subpoena duces tecum; or

(3)

refuses to testify about a matter on which the person may be lawfully interrogated.
