Tex. Utils. Code Section 102.203
Inspection


At a reasonable time for a reasonable purpose, a regulatory authority and, to the extent authorized by the regulatory authority, its counsel, agent, or employee may:

(1)

inspect and obtain copies of the papers, books, accounts, documents, and other business records of a gas utility within its jurisdiction; and

(2)

inspect the plant, equipment, and other property of a gas utility within its jurisdiction.
