Municipal Fees

(a)

Nothing in this title, including Section 53.201 (Automatic Adjustment for Change in Costs Prohibited), may be construed as in any way limiting the right of a public utility to pass through a municipal fee, including an increase in a municipal fee.

(b)

A public utility that traditionally passes through municipal fees shall promptly pass through any municipal fee reduction.
