Tex. Transp. Code Section 70.069
Order Filed

(a)

The board shall file a copy of its order with the Nueces County clerk.

(b)

The board shall file the order not later than the 20th day after:

(1)

the closing date of a hearing held as provided by Section 70.063 (Objection; Hearing)(b); or

(2)

if the hearing is not held, the expiration of the period provided by Section 70.063 (Objection; Hearing)(a).
