Tex. Transp. Code Section 66.040
Terms of Licenses and Certificates


(a)

A branch pilot’s license expires on the fourth anniversary of the date it is issued or renewed, provided that no pilot may furnish pilot services under authority of a license after the pilot’s 68th birthday.

(b)

A deputy branch pilot’s certificate expires on the third anniversary of the date it is issued and may not be renewed.
