Tex. Transp. Code Section 645.004
Criminal Offense


(a)

A person commits an offense if the person fails to:

(1)

register as required by the unified carrier registration plan and agreement; or

(2)

submit information and documents as required by the unified carrier registration plan and agreement.

(b)

An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.

(c)

Each day a violation occurs is a separate offense under this section.
