Tex. Transp. Code Section 52.005
Application to Be Filed; Fee for Duplication and Mailing

(a)

A copy of the application shall be filed in the General Land Office and in the office of the county judge of the adjacent coastal county.

(b)

The public may inspect or duplicate the application during normal business hours. A reasonable fee may be charged for duplicating and mailing the application.
