Tex. Transp. Code Section 397.012
Penalty

(a)

A person commits an offense if the person operates an automotive wrecking and salvage yard in violation of this chapter.

(b)

An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.

(c)

Each day a violation continues is a separate offense.
