Tex. Tax Code Section 181.105
Criminal Penalty

(a)

A person who violates a provision of this chapter commits an offense.

(b)

An offense under this section is punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000. A separate offense is committed each day a violation occurs.
