District Territory

(a)

The district is composed of the territory described by Section 2, Chapter 299, Acts of the 56th Legislature, Regular Session, 1959, as that territory may have been modified under:

(1)

Subchapter J (Adding Land by Petition of Landowner), Chapter 49 (Provisions Applicable to All Districts), Water Code;

(2)

Subchapter O (Exclusion of Nonagricultural and Nonirrigable Land from the District), Chapter 51 (Water Control and Improvement Districts), Water Code; or

(3)

other law.

(b)

The district shall include all land and property in the district’s territory.
