Authority Territory

The authority consists of the territory included in the boundaries of County Commissioners Precincts 1 and 2 of Jasper County, as those boundaries existed on June 22, 1955. The authority’s territory may have been modified under:

(1)

Subchapter O (Exclusion of Nonagricultural and Nonirrigable Land from the District), Chapter 51 (Water Control and Improvement Districts), Water Code;

(2)

Subchapter J (Adding Land by Petition of Landowner), Chapter 49 (Provisions Applicable to All Districts), Water Code; or

(3)

other law.
