District Territory

The district is composed of the territory described by Section 1, Chapter 520, Acts of the 59th Legislature, Regular Session, 1965, as that territory may have been modified under:

(1)

Subchapter O (Exclusion of Nonagricultural and Nonirrigable Land from the District), Chapter 51 (Water Control and Improvement Districts), Water Code;

(2)

Subchapter J (Adding Land by Petition of Landowner), Chapter 49 (Provisions Applicable to All Districts), Water Code;

(3)

Section 9060.052 (Addition of Land to District) or its predecessor statute, former Section 4, Chapter 520, Acts of the 59th Legislature, Regular Session, 1965; or

(4)

other law.
