Tex. Spec. Dist. Local Laws Code Section 9025.052
Compliance with County or Municipal Ordinances or Resolutions Relating to Road Projects

The district shall comply with all applicable requirements relating to projects authorized by Section 9025.051 (Road Projects) of any ordinance or resolution adopted by the governing body of:

(1)

a county in which the district is located for a project in the unincorporated area of the county; or

(2)

a municipality in whose corporate limits or extraterritorial jurisdiction the district is located for a project in the corporate limits or the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the municipality.
