Conflicts of Law

(a)

This section applies only to a provision of Chapter 36 (Groundwater Conservation Districts), Water Code, enacted on or before June 12, 2017.

(b)

If there is a conflict between this chapter and Chapter 36 (Groundwater Conservation Districts), Water Code, this chapter controls.
