Groundwater Conservation District Powers and Duties

Except to the extent of a conflict with this chapter or as limited by this chapter, the district is governed by, is subject to, may exercise the powers granted by, and shall exercise the duties provided by Chapter 36 (Groundwater Conservation Districts), Water Code.
