District Territory

The district’s boundaries are coextensive with the boundaries of Fayette County, Texas, unless the district’s territory has been modified under:

(1)

Subchapter J (Adding Land by Petition of Landowner), Chapter 36 (Groundwater Conservation Districts), Water Code; or

(2)

other law.
