Maintenance of Records; Public Inspection

(a)

The district shall:

(1)

keep a complete account of board meetings and proceedings; and

(2)

maintain in a safe place the board’s minutes, contracts, records, notices, accounts, and receipts.

(b)

The board’s minutes, contracts, records, notices, accounts, and receipts are:

(1)

the property of the district; and

(2)

subject to public inspection.
