Expenditures


(a)

The authority’s money may be disbursed only by check, draft, order, federal reserve wire system, or other instrument or authorization.

(b)

Disbursements of the authority must be signed by at least a majority of the directors. Notwithstanding any other law, the board by resolution may allow the general manager, treasurer, bookkeeper, or other employee of the authority to sign disbursements, except as limited by Subsection (c).

(c)

The board by resolution may allow disbursements to be transferred by federal reserve wire system to accounts in the name of the authority without the necessity of any directors signing the disbursement. Disbursements of the authority’s money by federal reserve wire system to any accounts not in the name of the authority must be signed by at least a majority of the directors.
