Sale, Lease, Exchange, or Other Disposition of Property

The authority may:

(1)

sell any property or interest in property owned by the authority by installments or otherwise, including a sale in any manner prescribed or authorized by:

(A)

Section 552.014 (Contracts with Water Districts or Nonprofit Corporations), Local Government Code;

(B)

Chapter 30 (Regional Waste Disposal), Water Code; or

(C)

Chapter 383 (Clean Air Financing Act), Health and Safety Code; or

(2)

lease, exchange, or otherwise dispose of any property or interest in property.
