Overflow or Inundation of Public Property; Relocation of Roads

The authority may overflow and inundate any public land or public property and require the relocation of a road or highway in the manner and to the extent permitted to a district organized under general law pursuant to Section 59(a), Article XVI, Texas Constitution.
