Rules; Enforcement

(a)

The district may adopt and enforce rules:

(1)

to administer and operate the district;

(2)

to govern the use, availability, protection, security, and maintenance of the district’s property and facilities; and

(3)

to provide for public safety and security.

(b)

The district may bring an action in court for an injunction or other appropriate remedy to enforce a rule of the district.
