(b)

A contract under this section may be renewed or extended for successive periods not to exceed 15 years.

(c)

If the district does not enter into a contract under this section before the later of September 1, 2009, or the 30th day after the effective date of the Act creating this chapter, the board, at the board’s sole discretion, may adopt an order dissolving the district if the district has no assets or obligations.
