Tex. Spec. Dist. Local Laws Code Section 8253.001
Definitions

In this chapter:

(1)

“Board” means the board of directors of the district.

(2)

“Director” means a board member.

(3)

“District” means the Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 58.
