Bonds for Road Projects

At the time of issuance, the total principal amount of bonds, notes, or other obligations issued or incurred to finance a road project under Section 8233.102 (Road Projects) may not exceed one-fourth of the assessed value of real property in the district according to the most recent appraisal roll for Fort Bend County.
