General Rights, Powers, Privileges, and Functions

(a)

The district has all of the rights, powers, privileges, and functions provided by the general laws of this state applicable to municipal utility districts, including Chapters 49 (Provisions Applicable to All Districts) and 54 (Municipal Utility Districts), Water Code.
