Form of Bonds


(a)

An authority bond must:

(1)

be issued in the name of the authority;

(2)

be signed by the president;

(3)

be attested to by the secretary; and

(4)

have the authority seal impressed on it or a facsimile seal printed on it.

(b)

At the option of the board, a bond may be signed in accordance with Chapter 618 (Uniform Facsimile Signature of Public Officials Act), Government Code.
